Prices of the Apartments:

From 01.01.2024 we are obligated to collect a community tax of 2,90 € per person per night for all persons over 14 years of age.
General conditions:
The prices are for a minimum stay of 5 nights. We applicate a surcharge of 10 % for short stays.
For each additional person we charge a supplement of 15-20 € per day (children up to 3 years stay free of charge)
The reservation is valid after receipt of an advance deposit payment.
Pets are not permitted in our holiday apartments due to the solid wood furnishings and in consideration of the next guests occupying the apartments.
We will gladly accept your payment in cash, pre-payment by bank transfer or cheque.
Arrival and departure:
Our apartments are ready for you on the day of arrival from 3 pm. On the day of departure the apartments will be available until 10 am.
The price includes:
- All linen for kitchen, bathroom and rooms
- Ski deposit with ski-shoe dryer or bikeroom
- Covered parking area for cars or motorcycles
- Grill: can be used year-round for barbecuing
- Final cleaning
- Wi-Fi connection
- Pick up service from bus stop or railway station
- Val Gardena Mobil Card
Upon request we offer:

Breakfast basket with our farm products (juice, homemade fruit spreads, honey, fresh free-range eggs, cake, tea) and South Tyrolean specialities (milk, coffee, fresh breads, butter, yoghurt, cheese, bacom and sausage) for € 18,00 per person and day.
We also gladly offer you our home-made products: juice, fruit spreads, honey, tea in our shelf for sale. - Bread roll service

- Fresh fruit and vegetables from the farm (depending on the season and according to availability)
- Fresh herbs from our herb garden
- Washing and drying facilities
Cancellation:
Make sure to obtain cancellation insurance in case unexpected events happen before your journey. In case of late arrival, no-show, or early departure, according to EU standards cancellation fees can be charged: Advance payments will not be reimbursed for cancellations made within the last 3 months before your arrival. If you postpone the booking to a later date, we will be pleased to change the date. For a cancellation made within the last 4 weeks, cancellation fees shall be charged in the amount of 50% of the total amount booked, for a cancellation within the last week, for delayed arrival or premature departure: we charge 100 % of the total amount. To avoid paying fees in such cases, we recommend taking out the “Roter Hahn" cancellation protection insurance, in order that these fees are taken over by the European Travel Insurance.
